Mexican Association of Kyokushin Karate, Shihan Gessi Krame

Our practice

Budo Karate

Kyokushin Kanku symbol

We train with real physical demand, without losing the principles of Budo: respect, discipline and control. Hard training and the highest standards of conduct are not opposites: they are part of the same path.

Budo Karate

Demanding training, discipline, respect and consistency as tools to form character.

Competition

Combat and tournaments offer a way to test technique, preparation and spirit under clear rules.

Self-defense

Practice develops physical condition, control, distance, confidence and the ability to respond under pressure.

Personal development

The goal does not end with defeating an opponent: it also means surpassing our own limits.

The organization

A tradition that remains alive

Our history in Mexico is tied to Shihan Gessi Krame, a student of Sosai Oyama and the person responsible for formally introducing Kyokushin to the country in 1976.
