Public registration is open in Tournament Manager. You may register as an individual competitor or register an entire school through the tournament’s official page.
Registration closes November 20, 2026
Registrations will not be accepted on tournament day. Fee: $650 MXN or $40 USD per competitor.
Procedure
How to complete registration
Enter the information
Provide the competitor’s personal details, age, sex, weight, grade, dojo, instructor and category.
Complete payment
Pay $650 MXN or $40 USD per competitor, use the competitor’s name as reference and retain the receipt.
Submit and confirm
Complete submission in Tournament Manager. If the committee requests the receipt separately, send it to jacoboramirez@kyokushin.mx.
Form contents
Documents and authorizations
- Competitor’s personal and contact information.
- Karate information: dojo, instructor, grade and experience.
- Declaration of physical fitness, acknowledgment of risk and relevant medical history.
- Authorization for emergency medical care.
- Privacy notice and image-use authorization.
- Acceptance of the rules and release of liability.
- Parent or guardian consent for minors.
- General list of the school’s competitors.
Before submitting
Checklist
Correct information
Confirm the name, date of birth, sex, current weight, grade, dojo and instructor.
Correct category
Verify the age, sex, weight and experience division in the invitation.
Complete signatures
Review all authorizations and, for minors, the signature of a parent or guardian.
Payment receipt
Include the competitor’s name as the reference and keep a copy of the submission.
